Inspiraton for 'Comic Code'

Before the great KPUA (Kim Possible UnderAge) purge of my gallery, I also removed some stuff that was probably copyrighted, especially things from Playboy and panels from the story "Jimmy the Imp."  I also removed this cartoon.  Then, after careful consideration, I decided to repost it.  It was from a magazine published in 1967, Laff Time Annual.  The magazine has since ceased publication, I don't know if the cartoonist is still alive, and, dammit, I LIKE it!  And I think it should be shared with people.  I do not in any way claim ownership.  But the idea did inspire this other item in my gallery:  fmtfluver.deviantart.com/art/I…
